I went there on a monday. was a good service, you get to sign up, have your nickname on the board. Your achievements of your score. At start you watch the tutorial in a room to know the safety and policies. After all that is ready set let's race. I would recommend, go karts. Thank you š ā¦
Great place. Friendly staff. We had a lot of fun for our little work get together. People whinging they didnāt get their full track time just remember if people crash or spin out in your group it comes out of your track time as this is explained in the safety briefing before helmet fitting as they have so many people there each day and night. We had heaps of fun. The awards presentation at the end was a great too. Keep up the good work.
Had a horrible experience with the serving staff. They charged us 145$ extra over the agreed booking amount and also got charged for cookie which was not ordered and neither given. When we showed them their mistake he got really aggressive and said he cannot do anything about it and refused to get us contact with manager. Told us to come back another day when Manager will be there as he is the only one with authority to give out refunds. My sincere advice to anyone coming in please check receipt before you pay

Came with a group and unfortunately I blew over (which is on me), had a drink at lunch 3 hours prior. Anyways, no issues was happy to sit out and watch. I asked about getting a voucher to come back again and bring some mates or my company staff, but it looks like they're not into returning business and you just lose your money. I did another breathalyzer test before my group finished and I blew 0.00, but still couldn't join them when they stopped and started to do a further 15 minute heat.
Will go somewhere closer to home, as there's no voucher/enticement to come back here...
I celebrated my sonās 15th birthday here and despite booking before and discussing the package I was charged 145$ extra. After paying the money when I looked at the bill and pointed that out , the person behind the counter was soooo rude about it..he started shouting and said āI didnāt make your booking , what do I do about it? Do u want me to pay from the personal, shouting all the timeā .. I was also charged for a cookie I didnāt buy..it was such a bad experience
We booked our Christmas party at Auscart and arranged catering as well. The go carting it self was excellent and we all had a great time but when it came time to get our food they advised that they forgot to order it!!!! They have young ā¦
If you're looking for a team bonding experience with a side of adrenaline rush, Auscarts is the place to go. Staff were super friendly, simple registration and payment process, nice foyer/viewing area with a bar whilst you wait. Part of the ā¦
If you don't know how to drive and don't follow the rules, stay away. Some driver should be charge of murder.
The staff and the track are very good and the charges are very low.
A pretty good experience here. Got in trouble for not slowing with the orange lights however the small ones are hard for colour blind people. But he let me off thank god. :)
